Couldn't figure out the right section for this.
I am thinking of a setup as follows (not that I need it now)...
Normal LCD TV (not a smart TV so internet connectivity available to the TV) needs to have a Webcam setup over it (like you attach a separate webcam over your laptop sometimes). And then need to do video calls over skype or something.
Basically I we want to have a bigger field of view (for the other party) and one can talk without being in front of a computer but instead in front of the TV.
Is this setup possible ?
Things I believe needed will be
1. LCD TV
2. Separate good quality webcam
3. Good Internet connection
4. Intermediate device which can enable making skype calls.
Do the android sticks work in such situations ?
In the above setup, the TV is merely a display with speakers and I think the voice will be routed through the webcam's own MIC.
