LED blues

i got an antec iluminate led tube.. looks great but one hitch out of six leds only 2 are workin properly now .. the rest have conked off.. i ve removed the outer covering of the tube... and i was wondering if i could remove the existing leds and solder new ones ... is that possible? need advice bfore the tube dies completely :huh:
 
well right now ... its still busted...wil have to travel quite a lot to get good quality LEDs... too lazy :P

diff color LEDs have diff resistances. only the LEDs withleast resistance light up.

for ex. u soldered blue, red and green LEDs. red lights fully, green dim, blue wont on at all.
 
^^ Sunny's right.

If your wanna connect diff. colour LED's, you might have to create a Parallel circuit to split the voltage..
