i just stumbled on this thread . guys in india paperwork is everything! and always find a really good lawyer who can give genuine advice at the earliest.from personal experience there are too many lawyers trying to pose as experts in each and every case.and lastly i am saddened by the state of afffairs of our legal system.there is harassment of the middle class only because the rich pay their way out,the system does not bother about the poor as they have no money and cannot be milked.the rich and poor are not as concerned with reputation protection.the middle class bears the brunt of it all.
