extremely sorry for offtopic and unsolicited advice but couldn't help myself from posting this as It was helpful for me...

fermented foods (yoghurts, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha, kimchi, even aged cheeses etc) and high dose probiotics works well for depression. also get the gut thoroughly tested and treated by a functional medicine doctor. currently, plenty of research is being done on the gut-brain connection.

again sorry but professional therapists wouldn't be of much help on this.
