I had bought it from a forum member few years back ( the date is indicative ). It comes with full Windows 10 so you can install normal applications. The specifications can be found here. Couple of reviews can be found here and here.
I would suggest anyone interested in this to first carefully read through the provided links. This device does not come with a normal keyboard so it would take some getting used to unless you plan to use it with a normal BT keyboard (like I did). This serves multiple use cases - laptop, tablet (touchscreen and folds 360 degrees), drawing pad (the halo keyboard doubles up as a Wacom pad).
Condition is pretty good. I have used a black skin for the back. The OEM Micro-usb cable was replaced with a better braided magnetic cable. It comes with the touch pen, drawing paper pad, normal ink refill (yes the touch pen doubles as a ball point !). Original box and bill available but no warranty.
