no experience with letsbuy....but with yebhi it started very well for my first few transactions........but it turned sour as soon as I wanted to return a product and get my money back.
There was simply no tracking mechanism for my returned product for 11 days , til I escalated this to the highest level possible with graffiti on their facebook wall....someone took notice and called and assured of tracking and further follow up.....its still going on
About the products, they are updated regularly and they are not 'seconds' by any chance, they may be surplus which is also the case for many factory outlets.
They are not sent with the best of packaging I must say , but since I have ordered (7 pairs) shoes so far , fortunately the box has been battered so far not the actual product.
The collection with all their coupons are sometimes Real VFM......especially their shoes collections is awesome, my size is 12 and I dont get that range of designs in physical store. They also have a 30 day no question asked return policy , which is quite a good period in my opinion.
The saddest bit is their post sales service , after the return, they will try to stick the coupons down your throat, to which you can politely decline.
Quick tip: if you wish to get real quick response from yebhi , they have dedicated facebook wall for customer service, post you comment on their wall.....and its quicker than any mail or call..(seems even their employees are facebookies
