Me and my sister have applied for fresh passport few days back.
Now we needed to provide letter to Society Secretary / Chairman
I am looking for letter sample so that I can provide it to Society Secretary / Chairman for issue of fresh passport

Unable to find proper format on google..

can anyone please assist me with it?
 
You mean proof of residing in society since so and so from secretary or Chairman right?

We have sample format recently issued to member, if required I can pm it to you...

There isn't anything specific format, its just based on society record and issued on society letter head.
 
Here we go... This is simple and straight forward, covers everything !

I have removed the details as its society matter document along with my signature.

I am in Pune and had given this to 5-6 members last year, sould work with you I guess.
