LG O1 is the most VFM under 10k Android.

So it depends on with which phone you are comparing and what's your budget.
Even if not compare with other mobile ,LG O1 P500 have lots of problems so decided to skip it .'

Thanx for reply .

After reading all post i think LG O1 is not a good mobile . Thanx for Info.
Ha ha ... don't believe everything you read. Do you know that there are competitors mud-slinging at each other in stealth? Ask the users, you will know of the reputation of O1. It's a total VFM & awesome device.

Thanx for ur Valuable Reply .

1. Memory card problem: Use class 6 or above card for 4GB or above. For 1GB & 2GB, any class would work fine.

2. Dust Problem: Does not exist in models manufactured after Jan 2011.

3. Video playing: Install "Rock Player" from market.

: Utter bullshit.

5.
No internet setting for O1
: Again bullshit

If the Dell XCD35 offers a bigger screen, better resolution then I don't see any 2 ways about it. The only gripe could be battery life, but lets face it, you'll be charging your phone every night. And, unless your looking for a better camera, the Dell it is.

There's NO mSD Card issue, NO Dust issue!!!! O1 plays most of the videos using Mobo Player or Rock Player (even XCD35 won't play without these Apps). What internet problem?????? I have used both 3G & EDGE on it & it is superb except no Flash 10.1 support (XCD doesn't have either). I use muy O1 for daily FBing, chatting, web news reading, upload Game scores over it, what are you talking about? Vodafone sent me 3G setting & EDGE setting so where in the world did you get all these vague stuff? Buy whatever you want to but don't be misinformed.

Bigger screen, better res is the only plus point of XCD35. No gingerbread update from Dell. LG gonna release update May end or June. And XCD35 doesn't have 512MB Ram, it still has 256mb RAM, check their site. They just overclock it a bit, it is still 256mb.

The best things according to me about the O1 are,

1) Wonderful screen, never looks grainy.

2) Great built quality, feels nice in hand & make is not cheap at all.

3) Camera is good for casual day to day photos during hangouts & stuff but all under good lighting cuz it doesn't have flash neither does XCD35.

4) All the apps run well on O1. Some games may be laggy, but only SOME.

5) Touch Screen is good & responsive.

6) Customer feedback & device reputation is high, no major complains in the market about it.

7) It is one phone LG built so well that it has bought LG back in the Smartphone race. Doesn't that mean the Phone is really good?

8) Lots of custom Mods available for O1.

9) Battery life is very satisfactory, can easily last a day on normal us. Besides it takes full charge plugged-in in about 35-40 minutes so regular charging is the best thing to do.

10) Android 2.3 Gingerbread update in May end or in June.

11) LG has good service for Android phones as they are aiming to grab Android Smartphone market competing against Samsung (majorly), Motorola.

12) Ohh I forgot to mention, 512mb Ram & 600MHz processor is awesome combo. Also Adreno 200 GPU.

13) Supports many video formats out of the box. (rest are covered by MoboPlayer app)

Does the battery last for a day only? Mine lasts easily for 2 days+ on normal use.

I currently have the XCD35 and the O1 and the only difference I see is the screen and O1 is much heavier than the XCD35.

XCD35 also has alot of custom ROMs when compared to O1.

In my case, yes as I keep my EDGE on all the time plus I use it to tether the internet via wifi to my iPod Touch. My normal use might be others' heavy use, can't say about it.

Dell XCD35 doesn't have roms. The original OSF/Blade has but they have higher RAM so these ROMS won't work well (or at all) on XCD35. As for LG O1 ... are you kidding? O1 has more community support than Dell XCD35, let alone Custom ROMs.

Do you even know that the Dell XCD35 is actually a ZTE Blade, thus it has 512MB in some earlier versions it was locked(easily unlockable) in the newer versions as reported by a member here it was unlocked. Also, check Modaco and XDA again the ZTE Blade has a much bigger developer committee. And, if we would wait for updates from the manufacturer then what's the point of CFWs.

Optimus Vs Samsung Ace

Which one to choose ? Any feedback ?

with huge price difference between two I would say get optimus as ACE has same processor as optimus and just that its over clocked

so ace doesn't justify it price

And regarding video playback with rockplayer your can almost play any video format

and the dust issue was solved be the service center
