CPU/Mobo LGA 775 motherboard advice

Hi Folks,

I have an old pc Q6600 + MSI P35 +6gb DDR2 RAM
I have 2 laptops which are being used by me and my bro.

Now MSI P35 motherboard died . PC is being just used for browsing n watching movies.

Please suggest what motherboard should I get ?
I saw Zebronics G31 available on few sites.
Gsonic G41 and Zebronics G41 are also available on flipkart , amazon n elsewhere.

Now I dont want to spend much on this pc .. will try to keep my expense less than 5000.

Should I go for G31 and use my DDR2 RAM or get G41 n buy DD3 (4gb) or is there any option I should go for. - AMD Fusion or something

Dont think about Gsonic G41 and Zebronics G41
Good Motherboard cost approx Rs. 4500/- (MSI G41 combo with DDR2 and DDR3 support).

If only browsing and watching movies for more than 2 hours per usage,
than go for AMD Combo in the range 5k + ddr3 rams then sell off q6600 and ram
