51-70k Lightweight Laptop for playing Dota 2 and some normal computing

Hi Guys
Please recommend some good laptops under 70k for the following criteria:

• It must run Dota2 at highest settings smoothly. The only game I play is Dota 2. My current laptop isn't able to load the game quickly and is very choppy. I won't be playing any other games.
• Lightweight. I don't want carry around a heavy one
• Decent battery backup and computing power. I'm not worried about power outage problems and all my work is done on cloud so don't need very high performance.

Please consider the above and recommend some good laptops,
