Linux Mint bootable USB?

I am struggling to find a way to create Linux Mint bootable USB for installation. The default burn option on Windows 10 won't work for USB.
 
Just came across this cool tool called "ventoy", pretty awesome neat, check out a quick youtube video on it. It lets you boot multiple ISOs on a single pen drive.

To add a new ISO you just copy the ISO on to the USB stick and it shows up in the boot list!
