The Xbox 360 controller has triggers at the back whereas Dual Action just has normal buttons. This makes a world of difference in games like racing games where the triggers handle the amount of acceleration/brake depending on the pressure applied to the trigger. Also, Dual Action lacks software support in a lot of modern games. You need to trick the game to think your Dual Action is an Xbox 360 controller for proper support (xbox360emu).
