Cool visual style, space-saving design
Mumbai, March 23, 2007: the $ 2 billion Swiss digital lifestyle peripherals major, recently announced the launch of Logitech Ultra Flat Keyboard.
Logitech Ultra Flat keyboard is designed keeping in mind the latest trend of having small and sleek PCs. The keyboard is a great way to work and play in higher style. The flatter, full-size keys, including number pad, in a compact layout can save space and streamline work area without sacrificing a bit of comfort. The keys are soft and responsive. When folding keyboard legs, the keyboard can increase in tilt by about 6 degree. This keyboard connects through a USB or PS2 port. The keyboard does not require any drivers. Logitech ultra flat keyboard comes in two colors; Dark shine and Light Pearl.
“Logitech Ultra Flat keyboard is flat and trim, yet very solid. When placed on the table, it does not slide around at all. Typing on it gives an excellent sense of tactile feedback since it has a slight ‘click’ characteristic of laptop keyboard,” said Moninder Jain, Director, South Asia, Logitech.

Pricing and Availability:

Both Logitech Logitech Ultra Flat Keyboard DarkShine and Logitech Ultra Flat Keyboard Light Pearl are priced at INR 895

The Num pad is squished right next to the other keys.... so they probably would have changed the location of Insert/Home/Delete/End/PgUP/PGdown and the Arrow keys. C'mon Logitech... how much would it have cost you more if the keyboard was 4 inches wider and all the keys were in their proper places?

wotever they may say about the space saving and ergonomic bullcrap, the misplaced Insert--del--PGdown and directional keys will take a lot getting used to and tht 'getting used to' is calculated in milliseconds which are crucial for a hardcore gamer...u have to think wot u are pressing before actually pressing..and those ms' can be the difference between a win and a defeat..
