21-30k Looking for a basic laptop

One of my friends asked for a laptop recommendation for light work.
Specified a few things he wanted:
  • i5 12th gen or higher OR Ryzen 7000 series CPU
  • 8GB RAM
Everything I could find were in the 35-40k range. Nothing below.
Any suggestions?
 
I don't think there are any such laptops Below 30k. You would have to spend atleast around 33-34k. You might get them just below 30K in some festival sales.

The cheapest I could find had an Ryzen 7320u. Which is a quadcore, and its based on Zen2(the latest is Zen4).
Would be better to just buy something with Ryzen 5500U, based on same Zen 2 architecture, but more cores. something like Lenovo V15, costs around 31k, based on the config, minimum 30k.
