Storage Solutions Looking for a New Drive

So my hard drive isn't getting any younger and I have started having nightmares about data failure.:ashamed:
So looking for a new hard drive,within 3k and >160gb of my current drive of course.Not an external drive for back-up but rather an internal one so that I can have an optimal windows7 experience too.
Recommendations please, and if it isn't too risky to ship a fragile hard-drive to the corners of guwahati any deals from the dealer's section might help me a bit too.

300 more for a 140Gb has got me thinking,whats the performance difference between the two drives and what about the deals here?(sorry i am a bit out of the loop and lazy to google)
