Looking for A Nikon D-3000 with 2 lens Nikon Kit

Have to purchase a Nikon D-3000 with Nikon AF-S 18-55mm DX VR Lens
with Nikon AF-S 55-200mm DX VR Lens for my nephew who works in Mumbai.
will want to buy with Bill & warranty in Mumbai.JJ Mehta quotes 39.5k
is there more economical solution ( for this DSLR only ), or if within reason then a D-5000 can be considered for which JJ mehta has a price of 61k !!

try smartshoppers.in they have the D3000 for 26995/- with the 18-55. 2 yr manufacturer warranty as well. Buy the 55-200 as well for 10595/- frm them. they r reputed seller. Feedback is good from JJmehta forums.
