Guys looking for a major upgrade after 8 years. Considering mostly all used products except for cabinet.
Its Christmas and new yr season so any great online deal will be an icing on the cake! esp. on combo deals.

Let me know if is this the right time to upgrade or should I wait more to get best deals both new and used.
Can wait if the current scenario is not favorable to my budget etc.

Would like to suggest some a small change
Instead of 1660 Ti for 22k, he could get an used 1080 Ti for a very similar price

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or go 2600 used
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max or Gaming Carbon pro ac (slightly better VRM if you live in a hot place or do overclocks. Worth the little extra Rupees) But MSI has notoriously bad warranty services.
--Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac -12.3k (I don't know about after sales services. Retailers near me don't sell their stuff. There might be some bias towards this brand in existing retailers)
B550 boards are slightly more pricey, again MSI mostly dominates there as well in performance. Also pay attention to your BIOS, updating it can sometimes fix some issues with your system. Do it when nothing else solves stuff.
For Ryzen, I would say first settle on a mobo then look up the QUALIFIED VENDOR LIST for RAM compatibility. Don't blindly put in any RAM on any RYZEN mobo just because it works. Small stutters, dips happen cuz of this.
Crucial MX500 PABGB-9K, although old, its a solid SSD. Also has an m.2 variant.
GPUs....ugh. Wait for stable prices.
Cabinet- literally everything has a glass panel with very few exceptions. Those non-glass panel cases can be difficult to find.
