Called up Rashi and the guy there is insistent that there's only one G15 so most probs the stock he has is the new version. Delta must've closed cos no one picked up. Will try them tomorrow. Prime also doesn't have stocks.

Maybe I'll have to get it thru kmd. But the price of the G15 is very high on Amazon (more than the new one) , so don't really know what to do.

^^Oh crap, not ebay pl..

Reasons:

1. Slow response time of the ppl there.

2. Takes a lot of time for the delivery of the shipment.

3. They wont bear the charges, if the shipment is lost or damaged.

Have personal experience for the above.

^ wtf? :S did you even read the title?

you might be able to find it down in south, but its really hard to find in mumbai, close to impossible. my friend had to replace his g15 v1 a couple of months back and the dealer had a real tough time. he said to take the v2 but my friend insisted for the v1. somehow he got 1 piece.

G15v1: Blue Backlight, 18 G keys, Foldable LCD

G15v2: Orange backlight, lesser G keys, integrated LCD.
btw, any users of the G15v2 here? my v1's keys are all worn out, so thinking of shifting to the v2, plus i wouldnt mind a bit more desk space.
