Budget 51-70k Looking for good configuration for hackintosh pc development pupose

I am looking for good configuration for my hackintosh build. Basically it will be used for development purpose.

I am looking for 24 or 27 inch LED Monitor but for27 inch monitor resolution matters, it must be higher than typical 1920x1080 for 27 monitor.
