CPU/Mobo Looking for large touch screen Input based Microsoft Surface like system.

Ok, this may be the wrong section, but I didn't know where to post this.
Someone I know is looking for a large touchscreen system, something like the Microsoft surface system.
Screensize requirement is like 50x30 or close to it.

Any idea if there's anything like this available anywhere?
 
I guess you are talking about one of those large screens NDTV comes up with during their election analysis or other major events. Huge touch screen devices - look like TVs, but a much larger screen.

@agantuk: Havent seen those (dont watch TV much), but hes looking for a large touch screen based device.
