Looking for multi-access point setup with fast roaming and multiple VLANs for home

The above is my current network setup, EPON media converters are provided by my ISPs. Each AP is in a room.
  • ROUTER: TP-Link TL-WDR3600 (running OpenWRT)
  • SWITCH: TP-Link TL-SG105S unmanaged switch.
  • AP1: Netgear R7000 (running xWRT) - most traffic
  • AP2: Technicolor VANT-9 (hacked to run as an access point)
  • AP3: Linksys WRT1900AC.
I am thinking of replacing the Router with the Netgear R7000 (with OpenWRT, I do not need Wi-Fi on the router, so the poor support on this device is not a concern).
I am looking to be able to have:
  • Router support with dual WAN (maybe will add LTE as a backup instead of the Ethernet)
  • 3 SSIDs (CLIENT, GUEST, IOT) with fast switching for devices, no drops when moving between APs.
  • 3 VLANs (CLIENT, GUEST, IOT) with traffic forward rules.
  • AP1 needs to have a few LANs ports for connecting devices over Ethernet as well as handle most traffic over Wi-Fi.
I am thinking of replacing my APs with either of the following options:
  1. Using existing TP-Link WDR3600, Linksys WRT1900AC(for LAN connections) and a new Archer C6/7 or similar for 3rd AP and configure OpenWRT with 802.11r fast roaming.
  2. TP-Link Deco M4 using the wired backhaul (does the Ethernet backhaul actually help?) pack of 3.
  3. Buying old UniFi AC Lite and AC LR + existing Linksys WRT1900AC.
For pricing, option#1 is the cheapest, with #2 and #3 being similar, what would be the suggestion ?

Initially i wanted Mikcrotik RB4011 and later RB5009 came out.

I'm literally knocking every door to procure over last 6-8 months.
there isn't a single distributer in this official list https://mikrotik.com/buy/asia/india whom i haven't called/whatsapp'ed
90% doesn't even understand what im looking for.
The closest was one person (I don't know where he is from) but miltulinkonline/Delhi given his number to me.. and i was told he is the main guy for Ubiquiti & Mikrotik distribution in India.
He seems to be knowledgable, and at first he said he can procure RB4011 for Rs.11800/- & uni AP, but that's about it.. wasted my solid 3-4 month, every week he use to say next week.
Last time he was asking he can arrange 4011 but asking 17k+GST , that too open box item... so i stopped chasing him.

Will be helpful if someone share any genuine dealer contact who actually can deliver uni/mikrotik product.

I am procuring from a guy I got from OLX or FB marketplace, he shifted back to India and is upgrading his home network. Thankfully, I have kept in touch, so I am getting them second hand.
Alternatively, you can try https://www.xfurbish.com/ but I don't know how genuine they are though.
 
Have you tried here ? They seem to stock Ubiquiti & Mikrotik products.

Any reason for selecting the 4011 ? If your internet bandwidth is less than 500 Mbps, an HAP-AC2 will do quite nicely and it is less than 10K

my focus is not about WAN, rather i need very last LAN, 4011/5009 has the bandwidh i need.
I need pure ethernet router, Hex-S is what on that category - it meets present day requirement, but overall bandwidth requirement doesn't meet with it when i think of little future proofing.
The site /multilinkonline you mention about was the first i connected long back... no success, just wasted my time.
Before pandemic few forum member purchased stuffs from them and had good review, but when i connected all they given me a phone number of someone to contact, they had nothing in stock.

I don't know how people find stuffs in OLX - i never able to see anything. Anyways I'm not looking to buy used one.

what do you need pm me..

i have procured hap ac2s hap ac3 and other hap models in last 2 years - moved around due to covid and setup from scratch with my orbis lying in another city
hex can be sourced.

if anyone needs a hap ac2 i can ship, have a spare lying around as well.
