i think it doesnt mention anything about us paying for international shipments.
but, how do we fund the paypal through our credit cards? i hope its possible with a debit card as well.

It is not with most of the Banks here in India. HDFC does i suppose.

thats a manufacturers site. i dont think it will take orders from me.
even so they make plain thermal pads, not sticky ones.
