My friend who works for the company has been trying to deactivate some VAS packs and he was unsuccessful. If a company employee is unsuccessful what customers must be facing I have no idea ? :S

data rate if you cross FUP on idea is Rs.5/MB

I was robbed of my balance even though I never crossed FUP

so that is why when i search the internet i find many hackers make it a point to take revenge on your company.
