CPU/Mobo Low cost pc

This PC is for a friend he will be using it to chat with his son in russia .Please sugggest a rig he does not know anything about Computers so when i asked him about the budget he was like ...:huh:.This is what i have in mind :D:

Procc : E5200

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L

Ram : 1X 1 GBTranscend 800Mhz

HDD : 250Gb which One seagate or WD:huh:

DVD Writer : ????.

Cabby : ????

Power supply : ????.

Logitech optical mouse &Keyboard.

UPS : APC 500VA

webcam$mic : ????

Speakers : ????.

I have a couple of old CRT monitors lying arounD i am planning to donate one
for his rig but the bugger wants LCD:no:.So please suggest a good 19 Inch LCD too:).
He lives in a rural area so which power supply would be like safe and cheap:huh:

I will be getting all the stuff from Delta chennai :).

LOL Seems like my intel Rig has been thrown out of the window....:rofl:

No need for a 500GB HDD 250Gb will do :D.Why no seagate :huh: how is the WD ASS here??

I have a samsung 22X dvd writer its 1.5 Yrs old has this tray problem it wont come out i have to press it 2-3 times:no:. So will go with the LG.

For monitors i got 3 choices hmmm

1)Samsung 19" e1909W

2)Dell E1909 W

3)BenQ G900W

benq @ 6.5K looks good will go for that if its available with Delta is benq ASS good:huh:

What about MIC should i go for headphones with mic? which one pls suggest:D

The webcams generate crappy low contrast/brightness pictures, so buy any samsung monitor, they have very high B/C to handle this kind of scenarios.

If the mic is separate it can be placed at different positions, that can be useful in situations. I think a bluetooth headphone(any cheap one will do) is best for the purpose.
