local cabinet with PSU (1100)

total: 17,200

Get Intel G2020 instead of i3 3220 if you want it absolutely within 15k.

What about graphic card? Need to fit a graphic card too in the budget

15k is too loa a budget to include a decent graphic card. Cards like 8400GS, GT210 etc are available for ~3kk but are total crap. i3 3220's IGP is perfectly enough for gaming at low-medium settings at 720p.

Harsil lets say I add 3k more to the budget and compromise on the CPU then what gfx card can we fit in?

How would a AMD A8 6600K compared to this i3 3220 purely in terms of gaming? If its better I will tell him to get a AMD based rig.[DOUBLEPOST=1390394035][/DOUBLEPOST]Also how would ATI HD 6670 + Intel Pentium G2020 compare to just i3 3220 or a8-6600k.
