low range Gaming PC Thread

Looking to buy a new PC ( meant for gaming, Movies and little development work)

Budget is currently set at 35000/- but hopefully extendible upto 40k

I had the follwing in mind after reading on this forum and some others.

1. Would like o fit a 4850 HD
2. Abit IP35E
3. E8400 or something else
4. Would like a LCD atleast 19inch
5. Would love to get a X fi sound but i guess it will be out of budget.
please suggest other things

please fill in the gaps
and also tell the prices of the above

No offence buddy but you call a PC with a E8400 and HD4850 a low end one
