Already seeing this. Their inter-personal skill set goes to dumps when they are facing real people higher up.
Considering their situation, I only guided some of them to AI, but soon I could see the pitfalls, not just their disinterest to learn but their attitude itself changes without themselves progressing within. But, that is how people are, one can gave them options, it is for them to utilize the options optimally.
