flyakiteosx is probably the best OSX theme i have tried for winxp... it even chages the shell to the extent that even the boot splash screen becomes mac like

deviantART is one of the best sites using which you could actually pimp up your desktop. Search more , I'm sure you will find something better than this aswell.

Install Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex and then install Compiz Fusion with Emerald and then install Mac4Lin with its pointers and icons and logins

BricoPack LeopardXP is way better than flyakite or takeabite or whatever that POS is.
