41-50k Macbook, only seconds, 2019?

If you check my old post out, you’ll see my PC’s specs. I wish to try something new, and have more mobility.

What would you all recommend? I have a dual monitor setup and wish to continue with at least two - laptop plus monitor, but three would be better.

My focus is storage, as I have 1TB right now. Do older macbooks have nvme support? Are any specific ones better ror rhis?

I mean, at this price point, I am sure you could get an M1 or M2 MacBook Air base model. Why an older MacBook? I am not sure if MacBooks post 2015 can be upgraded, at least I know their RAM can't be, others could clarify if its possible to upgrade storage (knowing Apple, they might make you jump through multiple hoops for this).

Doing it for the higher refresh rates and better performance.
 
The M series offer superior performance to Intel and moreover, I think the Intel models are being phased out now, the next update (coming this Fall) would be the last one for Intel models.
