It depends on the condition as well. If it's in good condition and taken well care of it shouldn't be selling that low. Even 4gb is pretty good these days if you want to do programming. I will rather pick up an old ThinkPad and load ubuntu on it, it will be a much better option.

The conditions were good of those laptops only needed battery swap but even without battery swap those laptop lasted 4 to 5 hours.

Yeah it's rare to see people selling MBA 2015 at that price but people did, only thing that needed was battery swap the condition were somewhat decent no dents at all also they were provided with original box and charger. These listing were on olx.
