^thats because most x360 and pc users are gonna play Mafia 2 for free if you know what I mean. I have the PS3 where money matters. So for PC and X360 users can change from Pc to X360 anytime, now you can't say that in case of a PS3 user, can ya?

thats because they get the game(if the user is corrupted) for free for both the platforms. they don't need to buy the game twice.
