Well, I had ordered all my equipment from Amarbir. Not being an Amarbir-fan-boy here. But he is quite good. I remember my deal clearly with him:

1. He had called back once I placed an order.

2. He advised me on a better shipping method since the CM690 was coming.

3. He kept me 'in the loop' regarding the courier service, and even forwarded the contact details of the service provider in New Delhi. So I could reach out to them directly once the shipment hit New Delhi.

4. He out of the way got me molex to PCI-E converters, which were not on the site.

Have you directly dealt with Lynx India, to make a comment. And where is shopping not a hassle in India, specially for hardware. Go to the big markets, and see the ride you are taken for. At least Amarbir gives what is listed, and does not lie or follow counterfeit measures to dupe the customer. I ordered like 70K worth of stuff from him and was just satisfied.

At times the way dealers speak and coordinate it may seem coarse to us. But this is India. Yes, your 22 waiting period is not justified. You should have been updated, and kept up to date. If Amarbir is saying that he was busy and could not post here, then he should stop being a dealer here. And users can deal with him on a 1-to-1 basis -- external to this forum. Of course put the feedback where it is appropriate. From next time we all will be careful and vigilant. It does hurt, when a promise made (for time and quality) is not delivered. Anyways, thanks for this thread. It is eye-opening.

Thank You ,Now Prannas Friend Amol Patel will Also Comment Wait And Watch ,I Told You There Is a [Union] ,This Fellow Blamed Me For Not Acknowleding His Payment Though Issue Was With His Bank And He On The Second Attempt Managed To Pay Me ,But Util He Is Alive He will Just Blame Me again And again .And Leave No Thread Or Flame Where He Will Not Comment Against Me ,its Very Simple This I Have Also Demonstrated Many Times .

Yes.. union??? here... no ways. I am a proud delhite, yet I dont know anybody in my colony, not even my neighbours. Just toooo busy to haggle with dealers let alone be a part of any conspiracy against a dealer. All I want my stuff and rock on.

Yet waiting for my first deal to go ahead with Amarbir. Had placed an order for a cpl of things which unfortunately without Amarbir's knowledge the stuff was sold out even though i made the payment as the order status was showing IN STOCK. Thanks to his assurances I am sure he ll suggest some alternatives v. soon as its almost 2 weeks since the payment was made. No complaints yet from my side though since errors are bound to happen at times. I am hoping the time he has taken will yield sum positive output soon. And ya although dealers usually leave some (or maybe lots) of room for complaints be it their unpredicted attitude or ETA etc. I am still thankful to God they exist..and more or less to TE too..No fanboism but pure appreciation for what ur getting here..:hap2:
 
Try to solve issue in peace by keeping seller's problem in mind like Amarbir have with custom department at Delhi. Amarbir is not that rude and irresponsible dealer.

Example ,

USD 750 Dollar Consignment Of Headdirect ,USD 600 MP4Nation And 5 More All At Delhi For Reason "Unknown To Me " .Its Not My Problem If custom People Are So Ill Informed That They Do Not Have a Idea Whats What ,This Week I Am There And I Will This Solved For Sure .I Think My Today Value Of Goods There Would Be USD 2000 Approx .
 
Well, of all the deals i had with Amarbir,

I was a very happy customer. Though sometimes, the product reaches a bit late but that happens and its not big a deal.

And when u order something which is not readily available, it can go beyond 2 weeks to get the stuff. And people should understand this. :cool2:

Amarbir, as a person and dealer in TE, is very good, gives advice when buying and helps u out...I appreciate Amarbir for the work he is doing in getting so many stuff from abroad and selling them to us at a good price...Remember the Audio stuff he's getting :hap5:

I know he is a great dealer and would never go back from any deal with him for a delay of some days for a exclusive product. And for the money part, Amarbir would never keep any1's for sure. He might be stuck with the customs in India which is crap. Rest assured, that a talk on the phone would resolve things quickly than creating a thread and flaming around...

Everybody have good and bad experiences in TE and we should accept both...:)
 
ya amarbir is a superb dealer :hap2:...no doubt about it
I bought so many items from his online store & he gives advices too
 
Even I had spoken to this guy once regarding a product, and I dont understand for what reason this guy was speaking with me so rudely....
 
Assessing the amount of exclusive item orders Mr. Amarbir handles in a day (in addition to running his tech-packed shop), i would truely like to appreciate his overall work on TE. This means noone should form a solid negative opinion about the person without getting to know him.

And regarding expanding his business,

You cannot yell at a 5-star indian hotel for not being as good as Hotel Burj Al Arab:

Then why expect Newegg out of Lynx-india.

Moreover, one cannot just ignore the buying price! Put things into perspective and think about 10 online dealers with such a big range of exclusive products whose site lists razer mako at 17xxx. Im sure finding that 10 in a million will take time. That's what Mr. Amarbir is about.

An unbiased personal opinion. Not for discussion, but for setting the sentiments right.

PS ,

No More Useless Time Waste Here ,Ankit I Already Know The Case even Before You Posted Here And I Am Doing My Best To Hurry It Up .If you Have a Issue You Are Welcome To Post On My Platform Or Where All You Like But i Assure You I Look Into Each And Every Bit Of My Business Properly On My Own Platform As I Am Not Very Regular With Other Platform Now Much As you People Might Have noticed It Lately .

Then I guess we will have to review your dealer status, remove any links to your site, trash all the dealers paradise threads and move such feedback threads to general talk. If you are a dealer on TE then you must address the concerns on TE as well.
