Almost exactly! Yes, I've been in this hobby for more than fifty years. Good pictures are so much easier to make now than they were in 1965. ... But "seeing" (visualizing) them is as hard as it ever was.

So curious to know what was their expression on saying "NO" ?
BTW, Have you said "NO" ?

My elder brother did it for me, by directly saying, no camera is for us only, not for others, cant afford to give such an expensive item. Good thing was that it was my cousin elder brother who asked my elder brother again for dslr, and he is the most decent person in their family, so he didnt asked anything furthur and immediately said no problem. Dont know what he told in his family though.
