Friend got the model with the stepper and the twister a year ago. Its absolute garbage, the lubrication goes off in about six months at most after that no matter how much you lubricate or change the belts.
If you HAVE to purchase, get the basic one.

But we can get it lubricated right?
I think i had seen somewhere in net, where they lubricated it themselves.

It does not come with rollers. The belt glides on a slab of polished and lubricated wood. Once the factory lubrication is done, it _just_ cannot be restored to full efficiency.
Also, my friend just told me that he got it for 8,000 including delivery. He was quoted 5,000 for the basic model. But that was about a year and a half ago.

I have owned a manual treadmill and now a motorised one. Have been using it regularly.

Treadmill does require maintenance every now and then which more or less, everyone can do. On point of lubrication, you have to use silicone spray on the treadmill board every 7-10 days to maintain noiseless and smooth operation.

hi,

i am planning to buy a manual thread mill.
i have settled on the following 2 models:

Fitking C 902 : Fitking Fitness Equipments India

Fitking C 903 : Fitking Fitness Equipments India

the C902 model looks good enough for me, but the vendor was asking me to go for c903, for the 3 extra functions it provides, but i feel it would not be of any use.
The cost difference between these 2 models is 3000Rs.

Please advice.

Try to get one of a company who have service staff in your city. I use Cosco and am satisfied with it.

Buddy got the design with the stepper and the tornado a season ago. Its overall trash, the oiling goes off in about six several weeks at most after that no issue how much you lube or modify the straps.

it rains everyday , trust me chief , 2 months and then the treadmill will become a clothes hanger

was at some random office presentation where a doctor said that walking was far better ergonomically compared to using a treadmill not to mention infinitely cheaper unless you get mugged along the way.

Yes, but treadmill has its advantages too. If you're one of those guys who already does heavy weight training and need some cardio at your pleasure.

Jog/run on grass ftw!

Running on a manual tread is a PITA!
