That arrangement is no longer valid unfortunately. We anyway believe that without the latest updated maps the user experience was never going to be great.

After the free trial period you can continue using the app without voice guidance.

You can get navigation without mobile signal even on Google Maps if you save a map area for offline use. Unless they are more accurate and data rich than google maps what reasons are there to use it.

Ya, but it gets cumbersome with google maps since you can't save an area greater than say Bangalore at a time. You have to repeat the process for every area you want to visit. Using this app you can save an entire state at once.

Also, the initial routing bit doesn't work properly without an internet connection. Once the route has been set though, you don't need internet anymore.

Have sent them an email with the receipt from Google Play for Sygic MMI. Lets see the response and response time.

Also, AFAIK Sygic can be used on 3 devices for no extra charge. Lets see what is the policy of the new MMI app.

At least near my house in Delhi, their road directions etc. are much better, a lot of times Google maps does not have information about prohibited turns etc. which this does.
 
Guys you can mail them transaction receipt that you received from Sygic website while paying and they let you use navimaps on'one' device which is also IMEI based so no other device can be used with it or even after switching the handset....that's bad !!
