heys guys
i dont even know this is right place to post my problem

i bought the laptop from TE member Arunp
but i got the lappie with a damaged screen and few damages below the keypad

all i want to
get the money for repairs or refund of my money
the shippers says its courier guys fault not his
os he cant do anything

your message me u need to ship asap and i told the courier to ship fast via air just 1 day cause eof deposit money fast time
the courier is responsibility for the damage so i can not do anything :( cause they have damage the box

btw i want to know did the courier damage the box if yes so can to pls post the market feedback thread i want to let the mod know if i am rep for my damage ;)

Those do look like shipping bumps but the damage to the body is pretty drastic and pretty much explains how well the product was packed.

I think Arun is responsible for the carelessness in packing and not tagging the package fragile. Also what courier was this sent from? Cause I know DTDC, Blue Dart and DHL handle very well if you tag an item as fragile.

I'm afraid there isn't much you can do legally Kishan, it's just a very very unlucky situation to be in.
 
^ btw i have package the laptop with bubble wrap even adapter too and even ship the laptop with box

i got another pm he said pls ship it asap fast sale from chennai to Hyderabad via first flight air

i got the pm yesterday

i even wrap the package with bubble wrap proper cover and no problem ask Krishna if he has open the package :|

but the courier has responsible for heavy damage due to fast shipment

p.s the courier has put the stamp very fast urgent to Hyderabad just 8-12 hour

even dtdc charge charge 900 buck and the buyer transfer 18,500 r.s only

cause he pm me for barging price and discount offer cause of miss time due to long deal

i told him dtdc charge much

that he said your can ship another courier company where i got pm 1 week ago cause of bad damage due to the staff must drop the package :| at the flight
 
bro fast shipment means through air and that is most safest

coz other option is cargo which even takes more risk

i never got any broken pieces in the container

is it was in shipment

for such expensive item u should have put thermacole also

btw

bargaining is allowed if u were not comfortable with price

u should have not made the deal with me

btw doesnot the rule says

it is shippers responsibility to safely deliver the item to consumer

none of my business getting into this but Arun , did u tell the courier person its "laptop" in there and did you mark it as "FRAGILE".....

both the parties could have split the cost of any insurance that was possible, would have helped a lot in this case.
 
From the pics it seems like a clear case of transit damage.. The seller should have taken some proper care in packing..

I assume you are mentioning about air shipping.. Air shipping is not only the fastest but also the safest for fragile items like this.. Some proper packing & a fragile sticker on the box would have saved it from such a damage..
 
btw i deal with krishan at yahoo message

i know he has mess up with fast courier shipment due to cheaper courier

cause i have to pay 75 % for repair charge

the lcd replacement will cost 4.5k + service charge 500 buck extra and small part damage TBH will cost 500-1000 buck

so i can pay 4k for 75 % repair damage and he has to pay more than 1.5k for his own damage

and that was misunderstand at bad deal due to barging price with bad courier at cheaper rate and damn India service is getting worst :(

@vinaycm i know the stupid lady courier don't have experiment about the high end package due to type FRAGILE on box and they are mess up with fast sale just 10 hour god damn

btw anyway i am bit tired of the hardware due to while deal people at local buyer or shipment might be waste of time
