Market Feedback Mavihs - Wasting a week of my time

Let me summary the thread :
Seller: I'm selling item worth 40k
2 days later with all conversations :
Buyer I am still thinking
Seller: I need full payment upfront.
Buyer : Send me the bank details and I will do the needful.
Buyer : Calls for some clarifications and seller didn't pickup the phone.
Seller: comes back with shipping details how much it will charge and all other stuff.
Buyer: I can only pay 75% of the full price, as a reason for his sense of security.
Seller: WTF why the buyer didnt told me that in 1 day, I spend 7 days for this conversation.
End result: Buyers reaction on the deal that didnt happened and posted a new thread on TE:
Others: Join to input their views and stuff for entertainment.
Mods: Will now close the thread!
Buyer: Let me find a seller AGAIN!
PS: if you're dealing on a forum to sell/buy stuff, all you need is PATIENCE to deal with individuals. </end>

I think you missed out some important points, possibly intentionally.
ME: I'm selling item worth 40k + Shipping

ME: Let me find out the price & will let you know, Can we use the PM / EMAIL route your voice is inaudible. & I need full payment upfront.
Buyer : Calls for some clarifications, I didn't pickup, sent him a msg to text me. He calls again.
ME: I picked up 2nd time & told him I will do 40K shipped
Buyer : Send me the bank details and I will do the needful.
ME: Details sent.....Starts packaging the laptop for shipping.
ME: Sends PM, Hey any update, I have the laptop ready to be shipped, here are some pictures.
Buyer: Calls, I can only pay 75% of the full price.
Me: That's not what we agreed on.
Buyer: I know but please think about it & let me know.
My Reaction: WTF why didn't you tell me that in 1 day, You wasted my time.
I should report him to the mods to save others from going through the same ordeal as me. Some people are here just to waste others time.
p.s. You don't need patience to sell, all you need is a product & a good value, If you have that it will sell like anything... Also If you don't know this already, I have sold everything I listed to be sold Including the laptop
p.p.s. For me to take your to comments seriously regarding market feedback, You trading stats should be atleast better than mine & should have bought or sold more than just a few hundred bucks worth of a memory card in the past 6 months
. You cannot give feedback about the market when you yourself don't deal in it often.

If both parties have good cellular reception then we won't be seeing this 2 page thread

On a serious note, why you (seller) are wasting your time? Invest your time and find other buyers. Who knows you might got something extra!
We live in not so fair world, buyer and seller cancel the deal at the 11th hour. You are lucky that all this happened before you shipped otherwise you would be busy getting your laptop back rather than writing here. Chill and move on. (nothing against anyone here)

^ Agreed, That he needs a better phone / service provider, I said he & not me because i have a Note 3 
But that would not have changed a thing, This thread was not created because i was not able to hear the buyer, It was created because the buyer kept me in the dark about the payment to be made, up until the very end.
Luck has nothing to do with this sort of deals, I mentioned it from the start that its an upfront payment, I would not have shipped anything until it was in my account, All my other deals were done with upfront payment, no buyer had any sort of complaint regarding any of the products.
I have already sold off the laptop for 38K to my friend, like i mentioned before that I already have someone interested in buying the laptop locally.
