Max Payne Movie - A complete disaster!!

The movie was very very slow in the first hour. Then, it seemed like the director realised he's wasted too much time.

Plug in those earphones and play MP 1 and 2 over again. Much better than this ... disaster flick.

I would suggest don't watch movie but better paly the game.

Been a Max Payne fan for long, I was very disappointed with the movie. The character of Max Payne is perfect for a movie similar to The Dark Knight. What a waste.

this movie was a complete disaster.

The script was bad, acting was so so, the story messed up compared to what was in the game. However one thing I just loved in the movie was the cinematography and the art. The sets were just perfect and seemed lifted straight out of the game with the subtle changes in the color palette exactly like the game. The movie also had pretty damn good camera work.

6.5/10 just for the technical aspects. It was a disaster otherwise.

yup, even after reading the feedback here, went ahead and saw the movie(ofcourse by downloading, what did u expect) and yes I agree with every1 here, by no way a good movie and certainly a let down as a Max Payne adaptation....

Technical aspects??!!
No painkillers, The buildings in the game were huge, simply too big, whereas in the movie, the buildings were so small. Where did the connected buildings go!

Ragna Rock or a shit rock. In the game, it was a magnificent piece, in the movie, it was a shitty small time club.
