My friends MB is burned, Suggest a cheap one for P4 2.4 (socket 478), no need of agp or PCi-E ... DDR2 would be appreciated

it'll probably be cheaper for you to buy a cheap new cpu+m/b combo...unless you want to use the ram you currently have
