I've taken up a spread of courses from pretty much every specialization, Marketing and HR you can faff, and operations you can read a few books (deming, goldratt etc) and get away with enough knowledge, systems your workex should be enough, but for fin, even if you are not a fin major, you need to study a lot, and basic balance sheets and Financial statement analysis may not be enough. You'd need to know the types of debt, equity, instruments and all that like the back of your hand. For 'Management' consulting. For the rest, I guess plain strategy should be enough, but in my experience, fin pervades everything so much, (and so many have so little clue about it) that thats all you need
