actually very few of us have used the biostar boards. most of us make do with your board or the ASUS M2A VM
can use my signature htpc specs as reference for your setup.
what i currently have is well able to play 1080p, Blu Ray rips without any problems.
as for cabby, i'm using a silverstone SG01 Evo matx casing. here's how it looks like:
