It happened with me also. All my orders were getting cancelled. I don't know what's happening with amazon but apparently lots of products have user limit and qla are account specialist team above CC. I had to write to qla before I could order again.

It also appears that they may be pruning non profitable customers.

I replied their email with facts and got the reply.
