Android Messaging apps not working

Hey people,

I recently rooted my MMX canvas A76 n created a few backups on my sd card. Accidentally I did a hard reset of my phone.

Now apps like whatsapp/hike/Fb messenger aren't working on my data connection (aircel 3g) while they work perfectly on Wifi.
Other apps such as the facebook app is working fine on both connections.

What could be the problem?

Try deleting old APN settings and create new one.
