Micromax Canvas Tab With 8" Display, 3G Voice Calling Launched At Rs 16500

Micromax has launched its new flagship tablet dubbed Canvas Tab which features a 8 inch display and quad-core processor with 3G and voice calling



The Canvas Tab comes with 8 inch IPS display with 1024x768 resolution, it is powered by MediaTek 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with microSD card for expansion.

There is 5MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera on the Canvas Tab. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS connectivity. The tablet runs Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS and supports Over The Air ( OTA) software updates. It has 4800mAh battery.

Priced at Rs. 16,500/-, Canvas Tab will be available in 2 colors White & Blue and would be available across all leading retail outlets in India from 18th September, 2013.

Over priced and over here....not worth more than 12k-- Rupee has declined in value- but it does not mean that that stuff like this is priced at 16.5k

The Xolo Tab has similar specs and costs 12.5k. There is no way this will sell at 16.5k.
