Ah, that explains it. It looked like a causal chatting program for MS 365 users. I was scratching my head about it as I'm using MS teams too. Far too many similar apps MS has.

The app was made to take on the likes of WhatsApp or telegram but aimed at enterprise users.

The app had security issues allowing enterprise data leak. I was partly involved in chasing Microsoft to close this gap.
