mini fridge?

can anyone tell me where i can buy a mini fridge(max 30ltrs) which can be run on mains and inverter.i found a few on ebay.in but which only run on car plug.
here in u.p. there are huge power cuts in summer so i need one which wont put too much load on my inverter and can be used to keep some water cold

i've found a few 30ltr fridges on amazon but none in india

I believe the fridge you refers works on "Peltier Effect". It consumes more power than compressor counterpart and not reliable. The peltier plate may spoil anytime sooner or later and definitely not for 24/7 operations

i hav found a few 15-20 ltr fridges on ebay.in but they work on "Peltier Effect". has anyone used these.can a technician who works on normal fridges fix them if some problem occurs?
