^^ No its not factory unlocked piece , but it can make calls and messaging , 3G browsing like factory unlocked phone !!!
 
^ Specs are not the same if its AT&T version, but if its either vodafone/telstra/3 etc then its the same version as the factory unlocked Indian One. Basically the AT&T version has a s4 dual core and LTE baseband but with 16GB storage whereas the International version has Tegra 3 Quadcore and HSPA+ baseband with 32 GB storage.

The post was not meant as price correction input. It was simply made with the intention of explaining the differences between the two versions of the X in response to what was asked earlier. I dont intend to buy your X and neither am I advising you to alter your price. Your price is good. So best of luck for the sale.
