Mixer & Grinder

For such items, best take suggestions from people in your own region. Suggestions from other states/cities are useless.
 
Morphy Richards is good. Using it for the past 2 yrs. Quiet and quite efficient. There are some new models by Preethi which has the convenient Grind, Serve and Store jars. :p CHeck them out too.
 
thanks guys for your suggestions. Was looking at morphy richards and bajaj. MR is expensive but i think their quality is good. bajaj has almost the same specs and is much cheaper. will go in the market this WE.

i have the preethi its does everthing fine but its far from being quiet.
 
my mom has been using sumeet for past 7to 8yrs .....so far no problem...but recently heard they are not preferred brands&also company is closed :S..try preethi,prestige...

well my mom had used 2 sumeet over the 10years,they had a life span of only around 5 to 6 years ,but didn't buy the third one because of dealers complaining about the service and support of sumeet.
 
Long back Sumeet used to be very popular and very long lasting. Not so nowadays. Had used Maharajah too but not so good. Recently bought Philips. Powerful, yet relatively silent. Also Philips being a very popular brand, service, if required should not be a problem.

Check out Panasonic's range. They are slightly more expensive than the Inalsa's and Gopi's but I have found them very reliable.
 
I have been on the look out for a mixer juicer for a long time, and today got to see preethi blue leaf.

Its specifications impressed me and i bought it. considering them to be old player in market making the mixer to suite local cuisine i hope this dose a good job.

The primary jar is capable of 1.75lts which is the largest i have seen till now. It can also be configured for lower capacity. with a 750w motor i think it will impress wifey when she uses it. total of four jars which all can be varied in size with flexi-lid to it and two grind and store jar all with blue caps looks good. it also has two blades extra for lassi and chopping.

for 3550 after exchange and a mrp of 4550 i feel its worth it.
