Had this with me for god knows how long...yet to get a chance 2 test it! Supposed to be good.
 
xplicit > just a note .. downloading such zip files is a little bit of feeling unsecure.
mods > when uploading this in te does te has inbuild spam and virus filters?
if yes please let us know then its all good.
if No guys i'd tell you scan the file before you open them.
it might contain anything specially when someone new posts it.
xplicit dont take this as offense just a normal word to all.it aint specific for you.
 
^^ No i dont use any antivirus or antispywares if not necessary. although i use a firewall.
 
Are you the legal copyright holder of that file? What makes you think that you can upload it here? Is it released under some form of GPL or similar license??
 
According to what I've read, this app just reformats the disk to FAT16 with the smallest possible block size. You can do the same in Disk Management. Or just plain use the command line.
 
KK is right. The tool is supposedly 'Exclusive' to n-gage-help.com. Have removed the file attachment, and placed the link instead. If you feel otherwise, do PM me :)

P.s: According to a thread on n-gage-help itself, the tool is just a 'graphical front end for the DOS level 'FORMAT' command'

No... sue me.

Before uploading i searched for a link on the net... the only ones i could find were in chinese (i think)...
And when i tried to open "http://www.n-gage-help.com", it showed Invalid IP used, so i thought that maybe the site is down or something. Hence i uploaded :p ...

P.S. Still getting the Invalid IP used message... any ideas why?
