15-20K Mobile for sister

A relative asked me to sell her old iphone 6s which only fetched 4300 so now I am sure the next request would be to buy a new phone. I know she can't go anywhere above 7~8k at this point in time so instead we decided to gift her a phone. Ofc we can't gift an expensive IPhone but an android in range of 15~20k would work.

Requirement - I have no idea but assuming a good camera/screen would be her choice, Samsung phone would be a safer bet but I am open to other suggestions. (Her second phone is an android so switching OS is not an issue)

P.S. She is handicap so her interaction to the world is her mobile.

by the way a stupid question on my side, why don't phone around 20k have wireless charging port hi to kharab hota he long run me :/

Port kharab nahi hota, its usually contact pad wear and tear after years of use and friction, wireless charging its slow af and generates heat you have to improve cooling, then you have to add magnets to make sure phone stays in place, too much efforts and cost, result is not worth it.
